Why my wifi get connected automatically when i turn off my alarm in the early morning?

I am using version 11.1

Having problems with wifi turning on automatically even if i just touch my phone.

You have to turn off WiFi in the settings, not in the control center. If you turn off WiFi in the control center, that just disconnects you from the WiFi network that you are connected to at the time. It will turn on and connect again early in the morning.
