Why arent my pre-ordered songs going to my library?

So i got a notification that one of the songs on an album i preordered was available and i was so excited so naturally i went on itunes and it was coming up that i couldnt download the song. It comes up on my music library but it says i am unable to listen to it. 5 songs were previously released from the preorder and i had no issues like this whatsoever. Im very frustrated and hoping someone can help! Thank you!
