I'm trying to get my cellular from my old phone activated on my new phone. I got a sim card in the new phone so it not that. Ugh.

Have you contacted your carrier for advice and if so, what was suggested?
Is the new phone compatible with the carrier and do you have the correct sim?
Have you performed a carrier reset and service update on the new phone?
