Can't transfer ring tones from previous phone

Hello,

It seems I have issues with my iTunes. I backed up my old iPhone 6, when connecting my new iPhone 6 everything was transferred except the ring tones and text tones which were on the old phone. it appears in iTunes but doesn't get moved. What can I do ? How can I save it into my new phone?
