password is case sensitive and some devices auto uppercase first letter but when you type in using the old arcade highscore style appletv use that would not be the case so
Secretpassword password would not work if one type in secretpassword
you can also troubleshoot by having a friend and or relative login with theirs to see if that works
one can always logout after the test
