Retrieve Photo stream photos that did noy synv with icloud

Hi, may i know how can i retrieve my photo stream photos that did not back up in icloud. My iphone is die, only can power up for 3mins, not able to do back up/sync with itunes. I saw my recent photos in Photo stream, how can i get those photos out? The iphone cannot detect any wifi or network either. Sadly that i did not run any back up in itunes recently. I already tried login to icloud.com, do not see those photos in there. Any suggestion?
