You will need an archived installer for Sierra as Apple has replaced previous Sierra purchases in the App store with High Sierra and Sierra is no longer available from Apple there.
All that aside 10.12 and 10.13 are for the most part identical. If you are having issues with your printer in 10.13 you were not having in 10.12 see this article

Backup your data. Even better make 2 backups using 2 different backup utilities going to 2 different backup devices, because "Murphy's Law" don't care if your 1 and only copy if bad.
Erase the boot disk
Do a clean install of Sierra.
When the install ask if you want to restore any data, point it at one of your backups.
