mailbox sub headings does not work as described by apple technical notice. Drop down does not refresh and display new mailboxes so I am unable to create sub headings
Apple Mail: I am unable to create Sub Mailbox Headings. The drop down box does not show New Mailboxes added. This feature does not work on either a 2016 Mac Air and a 2014 Mac.
Please advise what the solution is or if this is a problem with the software
