My Apple ID was disabled and i need to update my apps

How do i get a new one or how do i fix it

If you received an e-mail telling you that it is disabled, it is probably a scam. Try signing in somewhere that requires your Apple ID. If you are successful, forward the e-mail to Apple before deleting it. Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you. If you are getting this notice while trying to update apps, contact iTunes Support.
