Email saying cannot send mail

I cannot send emails from my iPad from both my hotmail accounts. It’s saying the username or password is incorrect. I have checked both & re entered them. However I can receive emails fine from both accounts. I have my iPad synced to my iPhone & have no problems receiving them on my iPhone.

Both devices are running on IOS 11.
