I phone is not charging

I have tried all the methods to charge my IPhone 5S and it is not charging. Here are the things I already tried

1. Plugged into different outlets in the wall

2. Used 2 other Apple IPhone chargers

3. Blew air into charging port in in the phone to make sure there was no debris.

4. I tried charging directly through USB vs wall adopter.

Nothing is working. My I Phone is not charging... what do I need to do next?

Think it may be service but want to double check
