I want Apple TV,

Dear all, I want to buy an Apple TV, 4 generation, but i'm not sure that is what I need . If I have I still need a PC for browser, office applications and emails? And how useful is in Romania?

The Apple TV is, well, a TV. It is not designed to browse the web or use office apps.
