Contacts and texts transfers
I recently upgraded to the IPhoneX and during the transfer some of my contacts and all of my text messages did not transfer. I contacted the Tech Coach and also ran the Content Transfer with no luck. Please help !!!

If you still have your old iPhone on ios 11 make sure iCloud back up is on
Then backup now over your wifi.
On iPhone X go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings.
Set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes
To get your apps and data back.
