how to change email address on cloud

How to remove email addresses on my account? When I click settings, click where my phone's name, profile pic, Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes & App Store.. Then finally I click on Name, Phone, Email, under: REACHABLE AT...there's 2 email addresses on there that i haven't used in years...but when i click edit or try to click on them, it won't let me anything with them.
