iphone 6 plus sleeps before 5 minutes

Hi there. I set my phone to sleep at 5 minutes and it goes off at 2 if that. If I set it at never it does stay on. But the internal timer for 5 minutes is way off. Does anyone else have this issue?

Try this:

- Set your preferred autolock time

- Force restart your iphone: Press and hold both the Power and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

- When the iphone restart, test your device.

Well that did not work. It dimmed at 2:19 and fully blacked out at 2:27. I did the timing on my ipad Pro while watching my phone. Thank You! For the suggestion though. Just don’t get why a device with an internal clock would not get this right. I think I will test the other minute settings to see if it is across the board faulty.

Oh boy. 4 minutes did not make it past 1:30 using the same procedure after resetting the phone. It is an 6plus btw
