Problem with a purchase from itunes

Hello everyone,

I've been struggling the past day with a purchase i made from itunes store.

the song is under "pending" label and i cant use or see the item in my iphone library.

i already paid for the item and when i try to buy it again, apple send me a message that i already bought it.

help?
