photos disappear from my albums after syncing with my PC through iTunes

After upgrading to IOS 11.1.1 on my first syncing with iTunes all albums I had created in my iPad emptied.

The same thing happens every time I sync (not all of them but few). I believe that while syncing some photos are extracted and then copied again. During this process, these photos disappear from my albums. I have been doing the exact same thing for the last 8 years without any problem. It all started after upgrading to IOS 11.1.1 Any suggestions?
