What is the problem?

I use my iPhone X for the 4th day, everything was good but today I had something strange a few times. I unlock my iPhone with password (Face ID is off) and while unlocking it it stopped, grey display appeared and in the middle it started making a sign like when something is loading. It lasts 2-3 seconds then my locked display came back. I’m worried. What’s worng with my phone? Thanks in advance.

Try to reboot your device (turn it off, wait a few moments, and then turn it back on).

Then test your iphone for a couple of days.

In any case, to feel comfortable, If the issue should persist you can visit your nearest Apple Store and have your device checked.

Remember that you have 14 days of full warranty (refund included) from the date of purchase.
