Facebook app notifications

Facebook app notifications dont work after ios 11.1.1 update. ive done everything possible through settings and the app to no avail. Reinstalling didnt help either. please fix.

Are you receiving app notification from other apps...

If you are you might want to contact facebook as to why their app isn't working

If your not receiving any notifications check to make sure do not disturb mode is off.

Also make sure notifications are turned on....

Hmm I think I fixed it. The Facebook Local app seems to break Facebook app notifications. Uninstalled Local and all is well now.

It’s just Facebook. Worked perfectly until update. Just updated to 11.1.2 and same result.

I’ve done everything possible.

If I open Facebook then close it the app notifications show up.
