Advanced Mac Cleaner will not go into Trash

I have tried to delete Advanced Mac Cleaner, but it will not allow me to place it into the Trash. I am assuming it is a new version of the virus.

what virus are you claiming you have on OS X?

And if you are using an Anti-Virus "solution" for OS X you could be exacerbating your problems.
