Iphone X 256

I have iPhone X just not even one week since i have started using it. The phone first started ti freeze whenever i take a video for Instagram or snapchat ! But now without anything to recall it just freeze showin white page and then the phone goes to restart mode!

I didnt take it yet to any apple store yet!

because i have to drive about 2 hours to the nearest apple store ! And last time i was there for ny iphone 7 which was 3 weeks ago where my phone completely shut down , he only answer was we cant fix it just buy another one! Which was so stupid comin out from apple !!! I have fixed the phone in a normal phone store..

So basically want to highlight the problem we are facing here in the UAE! Please let me know what i can do to fix my iPhoneX without me goin through the trouble of unprofessional staff here in the UAE
