8 Plus camera doesn’t work

open the camera app and a black screen shows up in Photo, Portrait, Square and Video. But Time-Lapse, Slo-Mo and Pano work normally. Then, if I go back to Photo, after going to Slo-Mo, I get a very fuzzy screen; same with Portrait and Square. Apple Store Southdale Edina MN Manager refused to exchange the malfuncting phone because the problem and attempted returndidn't happen within 14 days. I was into Chat twice, their only option is Restore; that didn’t fix the issue, nor did a reboot.


The problem showed up on day 25 of ownership. I went to the Apple Store on day 26 of ownership.


I‘m really po’ed at that Manager and Apple.

Oh, then the manager asked how I paid for it and I told her the “Apple Upgrade Program.” She said a exchange may be difficult because of a Apple Program. The Program is not titled the “Citizens One Upgrade Program,” but the “Apple Upgrade Program.”


Help please!

Apple Store replaced the camera. The diagnostic twice reported the camera to be fine.
