Problems with using Custom Stationary in Mail

Try to find the way to automate my work with mails.

I have several templates of mails, saved them as Stationary (using instructions from here)

and so try to use saved stationary and get several drafts without part of the text that is saved in stationary... 😕

So is this mail error or there is any kind of magic could be use here to create the right stationary???

When new mail is composed in the mail application and if stationary is added Personalize emails with stationery - Apple Support

And also the mail addresses are filled up , after that if the mail compose window is closed and if you click on save as drafts the mail is saved as draft in mail side bar , but the stationary is not saved .
