Yes i am facing this problem...can u help me out how to fix this issue
You need to authorise the account on the computer's iTunes via the Account > Authorisations > Authorise This Computer menu option : Authorize your computer in iTunes - Apple Support
But when i am trying to click on this option its only showing processing bt nthing happend further
Is your computer's iTunes up-to-date, and you've tried closing iTunes and rebooting the computer ?
