I use to have I cloud app on my phone and it disappeared how can i get it bk

Or do a Spotlight search for it on your iPhone to see if its "hidden" in a folder somewhere:

It is now called Files in iOS 11 🙂

If you can't find that either, search the App Store for either Files or iCloud and reinstall the app 🙂
