I was on the iPad community and asked a question. I went to post it and the form went to the top and said (in red) that I wasn't allowed to update.
I don't understand this as I signed in and when I did that everything seemed ok.
Would anyone know what this is about?

Hi. First, you need to select one of the forums at the end of the tree. For example, Using iPhone, but not iPhone. The easiest way is to drill down the hierarchy to the forum you want to post in, then use the search/ask box there. Then it will post in that forum with no fiddling around.
Second, the system glitches from time to time. Sometimes you need to copy your text, back out, and repeat the procedure.
