I don't pay taxes in uk why should I pay for Vat ??

I want to buy I phone x

But the vat are included and i don't pay taxes

The “why” is very easily answered - because the UK government requires that the seller collect those sales taxes at the point of sale, for every sale regardless of where you reside. The same thing applies to sales taxes in Canada, the USA and most places. The retailer has no discretion at all in who they charge sales tax to when it comes to direct personal sales.
