Sierra Right Click Not Working?

I have a Late 2013 13' Macbook Pro running macOS Sierra 10.12, and recently I havent been able to do a secondary click. Instead, it triggers the App Expose. I've tried changing the settings and it still always triggers App Expose. For example if I change the secondary click to the bottom right, when I click that area the App Expose still is brought up. I've reset the trackpad to the defaults and it still persists. Interestingly, when I log in as a Guest, this issue is not present. I've attached screenshots of my settings. This is incredibly frustrating to deal with, has anyone had a similar issue?
