How to update to a specific update

How do I update to a specific update? I want to update to 11.1.1 due to constraints from my job, but it only offers 11.1.2 on the update section, in my settings.

iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 11.1

Apple’s iOS update system, either wifi or via iTunes, has never allowed the user to select or specify a release. You will always be limited to the current release compatible with your detected hardware.

Hi mnm2879. Actually, you can only update to the current iOS release for your device. Is there something in iOS 11.1.2 that's incompatible with your work environment? I understood it only contains fixes for a couple of iPhone issues.
