iPhone 8 Not Showing Latest Version of iOS

Hello everyone, I recently purchased an iPhone 8, and I saw there was a software update available. I downloaded the update last night, but did not install the software update since my phone had to back-up my content from my phone before I could do so. I went to install the new iOS software this morning and the download is not showing, and it says my phone is up-to-date with the current software version "11.0.3". I know that 11.1 has been released. Can someone assist with updating my phone to the new software?

( I have tried a soft reset.)
