Unable to log onto email through Microsoft exchange

Been a week.. Getting unable to verify account or password. Anyone using a Mac on Exchange server is having same issue... anyone else//

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch,Early 2015), macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)
