I-Pad activation problems

My I-Pad2 was working normal, then the screen went black and the apple symbol came up and it is showing a message like "I-Pad could not be activated because the activation server is temporally unavailable." Has anybody experience this problem?

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 9.3.1, Not sure about iOS
