My iPad Pro does not receive SMS/MM (green bubble) text messages even though my iPhone does. Both the iPad and the iPhone receive normal iMessages (blue bubble). Why and how do I get the iPad to receive both?

Got your Settings on your Phone then go to Message and you should see an option for text message (green messages) forwarding and be able to select your iPad.
