Delete administer/standard

I gave my MacPro to my husband, ( running macOS Sierra) made him administer until I knew I had all files on my iMac. Login screen shows us both faces and he has to use a password to log in. I cannot delete myself as administer. Not really sure what he has done but now I am "standard" and I cannot delete that account either.

I have looked here in communities, also Apple site but nothing seems to work. Still shows I am administer when he tries to update any programs, which if he is administer why won't it let him update? But from the finder shows I am standard. He also lost his home folder, not in sidebar of finder at all. I can't find it, which is strange. Don't quite understand how it just disappeared, or if he deleted it. Can you delete your home folder? Mine is a small house, he has nothing.

Thanks for any help.
