I have an iphone,5s water went inside the machine and it will not open it i cant update it also it does not start and when i plug it to my computer it only shows the logo and it makes the sound of charging every one or two minutes

Water can and in most cases will cause electrical shorts when in contact with electronic devices.
The iPhone may be beyond repair at this point, but the only way to know that is to take it to An Apple Store or Authorized service provider and have them look at it.
If the internal components are damaged there may be no possibility of fixing it.
