Apple Mail will not allow me to open links

Hey There,

Ever since I upgraded to macOS High Sierra "mail" will not allow me to directly open links from an incoming email. Instead only a blank Chrome Page opens! I have checked my settings but can't seem to find where this restriction is embedded. Has anyone else had this problem or know where I can edit this setting? Thanks
