please help! i can log into my account but i cant download anything ir update anything because i always get the message that my apple ID has been disabled. I tried to unlock it many times and it’s not working! Please help or call me

What exactly have you done so far ? Have you reset the account's password and then logged out and back in everywhere: If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support


If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
