Problem Finder disk: when insert disk for Time Machine, TM see wrong label into disk available

I have a strange problem.

Time Machine is configure for execute backup on external disk usb with label DATI.

After upgrade to High Sierra when connect this disk is recognize from TM with new label and ask me to confirm disk where execute new backup ...older backup is conserve but after new backup after eject and reconnect the external disk change label.

From terminal the volume is recognize with correct label.

In Finder windows the label appear wrong than terminale.

The

/Volume/DATI don't appear in Finder....

I think that I have big problem with Finder and recognize external disk with label assign.
