Video loop

I have serval animated video loops, but every time it loops between the end and the beginning there is a slight delay... or stagger. So in other words it does not loop smoothly. Any suggestions

Can you show the loop point in a short example video on Youtube or Dropbox?

Unless the start and end frames in the video are identical, there will always be a jump.

Or are you saying there is a delay between the end of the video and the start of the video where the video is frozen or shows a black screen?

Does the video play better in Quicktime player when set to loop?: (View > Loop)

When I make the first and last frames Identical the pause gets longer.

There is not black or white screen. The video just seems to delay a split second before it starts over again.

I tried in quick time and it does it there to.

If I make several copies of clip in Premiere Pro and put them together the video does loop seamlessly. But as soon as it gets to the last clip and has to start again I get the stagger.
