I am in Turkey, In Istanbul .I have an iPhone 6S which suddenly stopped working. I go to the main technical office for iPhone "In Zorlu Center Koru Sok. No: 2 Beşiktaş İstanbul" on Friday 10 – 11 - 2017 without an appointment because it was urgent. I am working as a speaker. The customer service employee told me that this iPhone cannot be fixed because I did not buy it from Turkey. He told me to fix in the country that I bought from [Qatar].They told me that this is the system of the technical office. They don't fix iPhone unless you bought it from Turkey. This is very weird for international companies. Shall I travel to another company to fix it!!!!

What shall we do now?

Apple's not obligated to provide service for iPhones outside the country of origin(except within the European Economic Area). Requests which would require replacing them are particularly likely to be refused; the original device may be locked to a carrier which isn't present in the second country, and the iPhones may be limited in other ways, such as FaceTime availability.

Basically, they likely wouldn't be able to provide a replacement which is functionally identical to the original iPhone.
