Activation lock

Is there anyway to lift the activation lock I cannot get In Touch with the previous owner now and when I did they couldn't remember the apple ID they used for this iPad as they have changed it since theres sentimental pictures on it and o can't get them

Please if anyone could help I would enjoy so greatful

There is no way to bypass activation lock without the assistance of the previous owner. If you are able to get in touch again, they can get help from Apple to find their ID & password. If not, the device is useless.
