iPhone Safari tabs not shown on Mac

Safari tabs are not shown on my Mac. It does work vice versa, i.e. tabs opened on mac are shown on iPhone.

I have Safari checked in "iCloud" settings, I have tried to uncheck and re-check it on both. I have tried turning both my mac and phone off and on again. Didn't help.

I'm running iOS 11.1.1 on iPhone and OS X 10.11.6 on Mac.
