Final cut pro not working after Sierra update

After i updated to High Sierra 10.13.1 Final Cut Pro stoped working, the message i get is that the version of Final Cut Pro is not compatible with High Sierra.

Down load the newest version of Final Cut Pro (Do i need to pay for this?) What do i do?
