If tap Icloud or Itunes and appstore , then i put my id and password then Log in No response even on forgot Id or Password, still no response

If tap Icloud or Itunes and appstore , then i put my id and password then Log in No response even on forgot Id or Password, still no response.

The issue for not log in is that no Response the harder, frequency even restart my device still unresponsive for Log in with apple account.

iPhone 7, iOS 10.0.1
