i changed countries and all my music disappeared, how do I get it back?

I was following a link to watch a video and it took me to Apple Music and then came up with a notification saying I needed to change my country, I thought I pressed no but I think it might’ve been yes and now all of my Apple Music has disappeared and I can’t get it back,I accidentally changed from Australia to the US
