Question:

Question: Sim card error?

On the IPhone X, I get the error message, "SIM CARD NOT INSTALLED."


What is the resolution to this program? and what is the cause?

My phone is less a week old with the latest updates.

My local carrier, CSpire, suggested that I simply restart my phone, which seemed to work for a while.
The next day the same error message occurred, and I fixed it by restarting my phone.

It has not happened since but I am concerned that I may have a faulty SIM Card.


I wonder if anyone else may be having this problem after the iOS 11.1.2 update?
