Still Photos, Ken Burns and Final Cut Issues

I put a still photo into a project, then applied Ken Burns effect to move across the image over the course of 5 minutes. So it is moving slowly. The borders or edges of the image, though, are pulsating. They are not stable when you view the film. Any advice on how to have it just be stable borders is appreciated.
