IPhone 6 only showing missed calls under recents log

iOS 11 came down to my iPhone 6 a short while ago. Since this was installed my Recrnts log only shows missed calls. I’ve looked at various sites and have checked my storage (it’s ok), restarted the phone, force restarted the phone, installed 11.1.2, reset all settings and still the Recents log isn't Recording correctly.

Any more ideas? Anyone else suffered this and fixed it?
