upgraded to IOS 11.1.2. iPhone doesn’t allow adding mails

Just updated the iOS to 11.1.2. Tried adding mail. But it’s just bring it back to the mail screen. I cannot add both gmail as well as yahoo. When I click in add account and click on either. It’s jst waits there and gets me back to the options. So now all my contacts that are on google can’t be accessed. The fine is useless. I’ve done full rest. Also restored and installed fresh iOS through iTunes. Still the same issue.
