Is it possible to uninstall the iTunes app ? If yes, why? If no, then why and how come? Need help. Thanks.

This discusses what you can and can't remove of the built in apps. Remove built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS 10 device or Apple Watch - Apple Support. As you why and how come, no one in this user-to-user forum can answer that, and it's unlikely that Apple will tell you.
